Six to eight months in advance, if possible. A minimum of 4 months required.  We suggest getting started as soon as you have a destination or event in mind — we can help sort out the details. Event tickets, the best hotels, and reservations at popular restaurants always sell out or book up quickly when a high-profile event is in town.

Yes! We partner with luxury suppliers worldwide and have access to almost everything you can imagine. We research and book local activities, coordinate special and unique requests, and even fly in specialists.

While you are packing for a memorable experience, we are tracking your flights and are available to resolve any problems or delays that you might encounter.

What if a question, concern, or spontaneous wish arises while you’re abroad? We’ll handle it. Just send us an email and we’ll respond within 48 hours. Our luxury concierge services are available for our exclusive Opulent Lifestyle Club members. Learn more about the club here.

Each itinerary proposal is invoiced as an entire package with all the components combined. We work hard to bring you the best value which is why we only work with select supplier partners. The supplier contracts are often confidential and often do not allow us to breakdown each individual item.

In a post pandemic world, travel has changed. We highly recommend travel insurance. After your initial deposit has been created we will provide you with recommendations on coverage options. 

Cancellation costs vary so will always recommend a policy that includes the ability to cancel for any reason.

Preparation is critical. Whether you book with Opulent Lifestyle or on your own, we recommend you consider trip insurance. Make copies of important documents, like your passport. And prepare for delays (keep your phone charger, medications, and snacks handy).

We do.  We offer install payments with 50% deposit and final payment due no later than 2 months prior to travel date.  The final payment is automatically set for 2 months prior, you are able to pay sooner but not after this date. 

There is also the option to pay the full amount upfront with no install payments.

For travel to all international destinations your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the date of travel, and you must have two blank pages as a minimum.

All participants are required to secure a valid passport and visa (if required).  Failure to obtain valid travel documents shall not create the right to cancellation, refund or credit towards future travel.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that the names printed on the itinerary and other travel documents exactly match the first and last name written in their passport.

The packages available to you on this site are available to members and non-members alike. Opulent Lifestyle offers additional travel packages and experiences that are exclusive to club members, and require membership for access and other unique benefits.
