Best time to visit Dubai
November to February is considered the best time to visit this emirate, as temperatures are pleasant and there's a buzz in the air with a range of events and activities from the Dubai Shopping and Food Festivals to the Dubai World Cup. If you're planning a trip during one of the annual half terms – these take place during February, May, and October – expect higher prices. The holiday demand during these periods is high, which could increase your trip cost.
Weather
Average temperatures in November sit at around 25°C, with highs of 30°C and lows of a comfortable 19°C. This means November is an excellent choice for those looking to soak up some sunshine – with reliable suncream to hand, of course. By February, temperatures have cooled even further and are perfectly pleasant, with highs of 24°C and lows of 15°C, making Dubai a popular winter sun destination.
Peak Tourist Season
Dubai's high season is from November to April. This is when temperatures are most enjoyable, but you can expect higher costs for accommodation and more people at the city's main attractions. Peak season, however, is best for beach lovers and anyone wanting to make the most of Dubai's outdoor activities, from desert safaris to exploring the waterways of Dubai Creek. Dubai receives fewer tourists between June and August due to the scorching temperatures reaching up to 40°C. However, with top-of-the-range air conditioning in hotels, malls, and restaurants, there are still plenty of things to enjoy away from the sun. A trip to Dubai outside peak season is a good idea if you prefer a quieter break.
Ramadan
Dubai is still open and welcomes visitors during Ramadan, but you must be respectful of this event and the cultural expectations surrounding it. This means you must not eat, drink, or smoke in public – but hotel restaurants typically do not enforce this rule. You can assume that most shops and cafes will be shut during the day and open again at around 7:30pm when those observing Ramadan break their fast. It is also important to remember that some restaurants and bars may be closed or have different opening hours during Ramadan. The Islamic calendar is based on the lunar cycle, and the dates of Ramadan change each year. We suggest checking the dates before booking your trip.

When do I meet my planner?
Once your trip is booked, you will receive an email from your planner to set up a consultation call with you. The planner will coordinate with Mandarin Oriental Hotel for all the details around your wedding.
How do we book for the activities/excursions?
You and your guest will be given the opportunity to check-in for this trip from time of purchase up to 2 months prior to departure. The check-in phase will also ask a series of important questions to everyone along with allowing each person to select any of the activities/excursions for independent interest or small groups.
We suggest coordinating with your planner for any group activities you wish host, they will manage all the logistics for you. Pricing are estimated as shown.
How will everyone know what they've signed up for?
By everyone selecting in advance on what activities or excursions interest them, a list will be generated and provided to all the sources for proper booking. The planner will oversee this for your group but only responsible for coordinating the whole group activities.

We can help arrange charter flights for private jets, or if you prefer, your planner can assist with coordinating commercial flights for your convenience. It's important to note that the flights are not included in the pricing; however, the services to assist you with the arrangements are included.
