Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your booking, or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible depending on the type of your booking and timing of your request and any cancellation is at our discretion.
This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where cancellation is acceptable, how much it costs to cancel your booking, varies depending on how much time there is before you're due to travel.
Our standard cancellation charges cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements.
The cancellation charge may be higher for certain travel arrangements, such as charter services or scheduled estates. Please ask for details of cancellation charges when you book and check your insurance policy to see if you'd be covered for the cost of any cancellation charges.
ALL TICKET EVENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
Our standard cancellation charges are set out below for those that provides a 50% deposit:
70 days or more before travel: Loss of full deposit
60 - 49 days before travel: 75% charge of total booking price
48 - 29 days before travel: 85% charge of total booking price
28 - 15 days before travel: 90% charge of total booking price
14 - 0 days before travel: 100% charge of total booking price
Our standard cancellation charges are set out below for those that pay the total booking price upfront:
70 days or more before travel: 50% charge of total booking price
60 - 49 days before travel: 75% charge of total booking price
48 - 29 days before travel: 85% charge of total booking price
28 - 15 days before travel: 90% charge of total booking price
14 - 0 days before travel: 100% charge of total booking price
PRIVATE GROUP RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS. A minimum initial deposit of 50% and signed contract (electronic signature or hand-signed) per package are required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure. For bookings made 4 months of departure, you will be charged the cost of sending documents by express mail.
CHARGES FOR POSTPONED TRIP. To postpone a trip, you must notify Opulent Lifestyle 70 days or more prior to your departure date. Opulent Lifestyle will roll over all deposit less any third-party financial penalties or fees (if applicable). Opulent Lifestyle cannot guarantee postpone dates will be available or accepted.
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN. Opulent Lifestyle recommends you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans can include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.

Any refund shall be made less any platform, transaction and processing fees that have been incurred.
